ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) cosmetics

The German insurer ALLIANZ has taken its stake in the German cosmetics group BEIERSDORF from 38.7% to 43.6%. This operation is said to be intended to prevent another investor, the Hertz family, from seizing a majority of the capital.
