Finance ministers support broad outline of Spanish economic and financial priorities, but comment on electricity liberalisation plans

Brussels, 22/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - European finance ministers approved the broad outlines of the Spanish Presidency's economic and finance programme, during a public debate at the beginning of the ECOFIN Council on Tuesday, chaired by the Spanish Economics Minister, Rodrigo Rato.
