Duisenberg confirms ECB keeping on track to fight inflation, and sees no reason to provide small notes to consumers before 1 January 2002

Strasbourg, 03/07/2001 (Agence Europe) - Speaking before the plenary session of the European Parliament, the President of the European Central Bank, Wim Duisenberg, presented the third ECB report.
