According to the French daily Les Echos, German SIEMENS is on the point of selling its subsidiary SACHS (annual turnover around EUR 2.5 billion with 20,000 employed) and KRAUSS MAFFEI PLASTICS MACHINERY (annual turnover around EUR 449 million with 2,200 employed). Neither the buyer nor the price was given.
