ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) telecommunications

The Dutch operator KPN sold its 219.7 million shares in the British VODAFONE for a total amount of around EUR 572 million. KPN had received these shares after the sale to VODAFONE of its 21% stake in the Irish telecommunications group EIRCOM.
