ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) audiovisual

STUDIOCANAL, the European studio of the CANAL+ group (French group VIVENDI UNIVERSAL) has acquired 45% of SOGEPAQ, a company within the Spanish group SOGECABLE, specialised in audiovisual rights. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
