The international law firm LOVELLS and French law firm SIMEON & ASSOCIES have announced their plan to merge. The new entity will be called LOVELLS and will group over 300 associates and 1,400 collaborators for a total of 2,800 employees in 26 towns of Europe, Asia and North America.
