ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) automobile

The American GM - GENERAL MOTORS and the Russian AVTOVAZ (Lada car brand) will create a joint venture in order to produce vehicles together. This plan represents an investment of USD 332 million. The EBRD will take part in the financing to the value of USD 100 million immediately and will the lend USD 92 million.
