The French group FIMALAC (services to business) is to sell its mail processing subsidiary SECAP TECHNOLOGIES (turnover FF 606.7 million in 2000 with 130,000 clients) to American PITNEY BOWES (annual turnover $4 billion), for the sum of around FF 1.45 billion.
