In Belgium, the CBF - COMMISSION BANCAIRE ET FINANCIERE indicated that the SGB - SOCIETE GENERALE DE BELGIQUE and the CEDEE - COMPAGNIE EUROPEENNE POUR LE DEVELOPMENT ELECTRIQUE ET ELECTRONIQUE will launch a public tender offering for 43.59% of the capital they do not hold in FINOUTREMER. The offer is set at EUR 240 per share.
