France's VIVENDI ENVIRONMENT has pooled within a single identity its two subsidiaries BONNA and SABLA, specialised in the manufacture and laying of concrete products and treatment and telecommunications networks. These two entities had an accumulated turnover in 1999 of FF 2.32 bn.
