The French constructor RENAULT will increase from 50 to 80% its stake in its Moroccan subsidiary RENAULT MAROC. At the same time, it will take over SIAB, until then the exclusive importer of its Japanese partner NISSAN in this country. RENAULT MAROC was until then equally held by RENAULT and by the Moroccan group ONA, via SNI - SOCIETE NATIONALE D'INVESTISMENTS which will retain 20% of the Moroccan subsidiary and which also held 100% of SIAB. The value of the transaction was not disclosed....
