ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) computing

OPENGATE, group active in the distribution and production of IT products and e-business services, acquired 70% of the capital in the national carrier OTIM (turnover of around ITL 100 billion in 1999). This acquisition should enable OPENGATE to have a turnover of above ITL 200 billion in 2001 in the "logistics" sector.
