ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) real estate

The French land company BAIL INVESTISSEMENT and ICC have announced their coming together which takes the form of a public exchange offering launched by BAIL INVEST on ICC, according to a equal swap of 10 BAIL INVEST shares for 31 shares in ICC. By pooling their real estate portfolios, the two entities will create a land company with EUR 1 billion in assets.
