Brussels, 27/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European commission approved its proposal aiming to radically reform the system enforced since 1962 for the application of provisions of the Treaty relating to agreements and abuses of dominant positions (Articles 81 and 82 of the Treaty, previously Articles 85 and 86).
