The Italian Internet company and publisher of the country's Yellow Pages, SEAT PAGINE GIALLE is to carry its stake in MATRIX, company that manages Italy's foremost Internet portal VIRGILIO Internet, to 100%. The transaction values MATRIX at some 2.4 bn euro.
