In France, MMA - MUTUELLES DU MANS ASSURANCES and the group MEDERIC, specialised in supplementary social protection, have founded a 50/50 joint-venture called QUATREM. With a social capital of FF 2 bn, the company will be specialised in collective insurance and should see a turnover this year of FF 3 bn.
