ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) automobile

Japan's NISSAN MOTOR has concluded an agreement with the American suspension and chassis manufacturer TOWER AUTOMOTIVE in view of selling it 17% of the capital of the Japanese equipment manufacturer YOROZU for an undisclosed amount. NISSAN's stake will go from 30.76% to 13.75%.
