Meeting in Rome this week

Brussels, 22/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - The President of the European Parliament Nicole Fontaine is this week taking part in the Conference of EU Parliament Presidents, which will take place in Rome from the 22 to 24 September. The regular meeting between the EP and the Presidents of national Parliaments will this time be dedicated to the role of the European Parliament and national Parliaments in the EU reform process and in the formulation of the EU Charter of fundamental rights.
