The CNP - COMPAGNIE NATIONALE A PORTEFEUILLE, the holding company of businessman Albert Frère, has increased its stake in the Spanish group FCC - FOMENTO DE CONSTRUCCIONES Y CONTRATAS of which it now holds 9.2% of the capital against 5% previously. This operation represents a total investment of EUR 214 million. Furthermore, CNP has entered the capital of the free daily "Metro", by way of 33%. Its partners, with equal shares, are CONCENTRA and ROULARTA.
