Brussels, 22/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - Romano Prodi has condemned, on behalf of the European Commission, the act of terrorism in which the local councilor José Luiz Ruiz Casado was killed near Barcelona on Thursday (see yesterday's EUROPE, pages 5 and 6, for the EP debate on the subject).
