Brussels, 22/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the European Parliament approved in plenary the Haug Report on reform of the European Union system of resources. It thus endorsed the results of conciliation between Parliament and Council during the Budget Council of 20 July, without the EP having been able to have any influence on the Council's position.
