Brussels, 14/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - Carlo Azeglio Ciampi, President of the Italian Republic, is to speak before the European Parliament during its October plenary session in Strasbourg. The Italian President will take the floor during a formal session, on Wednesday 4 October.
