DIAMOND TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS, an American specialist in internet services, announced the acquisition, for USD 930 million in cash and stock, of the European company CLUSTER CONSULTING (annual turnover of around USD 100 million), specialised in advice for on line activities, so as to develop its advisory services in wireless technologies. The new structure will be named DIAMOND CLUSTER INTERNATIONAL INC.
