ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) aerospace

The French aerospace engine builder SNECMA acquired a 54.4% stake in the capital of the Franco-British company HUREL-DUBOIS (turnover of FF 1.74 billion in 1999), specialised in engine thrust investors. The transaction was carried out for EUR 100 million (EUR 175 per share), valuing the whole company at FF 1.2 billion.
