ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) food processing

The Dutch group CM acquired CONTINENTAL SWEETS, the holding that owns the sweet brands "Lutti" in France and "Leo" in Belgium, for EUR 110 million. This sector has a annual turnover of EUR 150 million. With the addition of CONTINENTAL SWEETS, CSM's annual turnover in sweets should reach EUR 700 million.
