The German SPRINGER & JACOBY HOLDING GMBH (turnover of DM 818.8 million in 1999 with 505 employees) will acquire a 35.5% stake in the American agency TRUE NORTH (turnover of USD 14 billion in 1999), stake that could rise to 51% in 2003.
