Commission authorises Ifil to take over Italian tour operator Alpitour

Brussels, 14/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Commission authorised the take over of the Italian tour operator Alpitour by Ifil (Finanziaria di Partecipazioni), a holding belonging to the Italian group G. Agnelli & C. Sapaz. This holding owns financial stakes in companies active in various economic sectors such as the car industry, banking, internet services, distribution and tourism.
