ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banks

The German brokerage firm DAB - DIREKT ANLAGE BANK will acquire the French on line broker SELF TRADE during a transaction valued at more than EUR 900 million. This operation will create the third largest on line broker in Europe with more than 325,000 clients.
