Brussels, 27/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has decided to resume proceedings against eight Member states - Spain, France, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal and the United Kingdom - which, despite an initial warning, continue to infringe Community legislation applicable to hazardous products.
