Brussels, 27/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - As announced in yesterday's EUROPE, the European Commission has forwarded to the Council a communication inviting the Fifteen to set in place a system, "as direct and simple as possible", for mutual recognition of judicial decisions on criminal matters. This item is on the agenda of the informal sitting of Justice Ministers being held on Friday and Saturday in Marseilles (see above).
