Britain's INVENSYS has altered the conditions of its bid to take control of BAAN. INVENSYS will content itself with 50% of the capital plus one share instead of the 95% initially sought for its offer to be undisputed. The bid will be prolonged to 1 august, under the same conditions. See EI of 19 July.
