Brussels, 27/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Banking Federation of the European Union has announced that it has explained the reasons for the complaint it lodged with the European Commission against the advantages that State-owned banks in Germany benefited from. The complaint was lodged on 21 December last and was aimed specifically at the Westdeutsche Landesbank (WestLB), the Stadtsparkasse Koln and the Westdeutsche Immobilienbank
