TD WATERHOUSE GROUP, on-line financial services company, and BANQUE GENERALE DU LUXAMBOUG are to set up a joint-venture proposing specialised direct brokering services in Europe. TD WATERHOUSE will have 51% of the capital and the Luxembourg bank the remaining 49%.
