Brussels, 27/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - One year after the first Stability Pact for South East Europe, Bodo Hombach, special co-ordinator for the Stability Pact, presented an assessment that he described as "excellent, even if it is still necessary to fight against the foot dragging and bureaucracy of international organisations, which need a lot of time, even when the money is there.
