Brussels, 27/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - As was announced in yesterday's EUROPE, the European Commission has proposed to the Council new measures targeted at allowing for an effective fight against Euro-counterfeiting. The proposal for a regulation approved by the Commission on the initiative of Commissioner Mrs. Schreyer (responsible for the budget and the fight against fraud) and Mr. Solbes (responsible for the economy and finances) aims to complement the measures already decided by the...
