ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banking

The bank HERVET, last majority publicly-owned bank in France, is to be privatized in the autumn "if market conditions allow", announced the French Economy and Finance Ministry. The public call for tenders will be accompanied by the "constitution of a block structuring partner shareholders" that will hold "a significant share of the capital that could exceed a minority block". See I.E. of 13 July.
