The French group CORA INDUSTRIES (equivalent turnover of BEF 1.4 billion in 1999 with a staff of 142 people), specialised in the distribution of spare parts for cars, has just taken a 100% stake in the Belgian company PELTER (turnover of BEF 378.2 millions in 1999 with 40 employees) active in the same sector.
