In France, the VIVENDI group and the public operator EDF - ELECTRICITE DE FRANCE announced the creation of a joint venture in the energy services. Named DALKIA HOLDING, it will be 66% held by VIVENDI ENVIRONNEMENT, subsidiary of VIVENDI regrouping its water, cleaning and energy activities and 34% by EDF.
