The largest Spanish electrical company ENDESA concluded an agreement to acquire all the capital from the Dutch companies NRE - NUTSBEDRIJF REGIO EINDHOVEN, an electricity distributor with 100,000 clients, and GRE - GASBEDRIJF REGIO EINDHOVEN, its gas twin with 175,000 clients. The global investment totals around EUR 400 million. This operation will make ENDESA the main foreign operator in the distribution and production of electricity in the Netherlands.
