ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) cement

The Swiss HOLDERBANK concluded an agreement with the Indonesian cement producer CIBINONG (two cement plants with an annual capacity of around 10 million tonnes), in which it already holds 12.5% of the capital, in order to become the main shareholder. This agreement is linked to several conditions including the financial restructuring of the Indonesian group.
