The French group MUTUELLES DU MANS ASSURANCES will sell its insurance Belgian activities that will be shared between the WINTERTHUR-BELGIQUE group and the NAVIGA. WINTERTHUR company will take the ASSURES REUNIS, a insurance company specialised in legal coverage whose premiums total BEF 350 million and which also owns a branch in the Netherlands.
