Brussels, 23/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council this week approved the regulation implementing the agreement negotiated between the European Commission and Estonia with a view to further liberalisation of agricultural trade by the time the country joins the EU. The regulation will take effect on 1 July.
