Go-ahead for joint health services company between Johnson & Johnson and Mercury Asset Management

Brussels, 09/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the creation of the joint venture, "Agora Healthcare Services", between the US personal care and hygiene products manufacturer, Johnson & Johnson, and British fund management business, Mercury Asset Management (Merril Lynch group). The company will provide specialised IT healthcare management services (clinical audits and IT software for the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare sector).
