The Belgian group BEKAERT (turnover of EUR 2.5 billion in 1999 with 16.500 employees) and the Danish AXCEL INDUSTRIINVESTOR announced the creation of a joint venture. The new company will become the largest European company in personalised cattle handling equipment, in the agricultural sector and industrial markets.
