Second round of negotiations on draft free trade agreement (13-15 June) will be mainly dedicated to analysis of trade legislation and trade structures

Brussels, 09/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Union and Mercosur will continue from the 13 to 15 June in Brussels the second round of the association agreement negotiations including the liberalisation of trade. The European delegation will be lead by Guy Legras, European Commission Director General for External Relations.

During this session, the negotiators will develop the questionnaires presented by the two parties during the launch of the negotiations in Buenos Aires last April....
