The Dutch company FREE RECORD SHOP HOLDING concluded an agreement with VIRGIN RETAIL EUROPE LTD for the acquisition of six « Virgin Megastores » located in Belgium and the Netherlands. These shops have a total turnover of BEF 540 million. The total of the transaction has not been disclosed.
