Nuuk (Greenland) / Brussels, 09/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The EU's third Fisheries Protocol with Greenland will come to expiry on 31 December 2000. Debate over its renewal is under way, but the Fisheries Council on 16 June will not be able to state its view on the negotiating brief for the fourth protocol, because the European Commission has not yet adopted the draft brief.
