Brussels, 09/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - In a speech in Warsaw on Thursday, the Commissioner responsible for agriculture, Franz Fischler reiterated his criticism of Poland regarding the current deadlock in bilateral negotiations over the liberalisation of agricultural trade ("double-zero" talks).
