Brussels, 29/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - On 5 June, from 6.00 to 8.00 p.m., Commissioner Michel Barnier, responsible for institutional issues, will answer on line the public's questions on the reform of the European institutions, within the framework of the "Dialogue on Europe" launched on 14 February to encourage debate between citizens and European decision-makers.
